📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth running of the warehouse.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-aways, and pickings.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
