📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail stores.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
