📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the installation and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of MEP components.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including as-built drawings and commissioning reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP systems to enhance project efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination, with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Certification in relevant MEP systems, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), is a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali and Indonesia.
