📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the regulatory operations team and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure a culture of compliance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure that all regulatory filings and reporting are accurate and timely.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or regulatory compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and filings.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
