In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and leading a team of chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Lead and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency and cost control.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Continuously innovate and improve kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
