📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of Base Space Sentosa facilities.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular inspections to maintain the quality and safety of the facilities.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Manage a team of engineers and technicians.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.,Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction and maintenance projects.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
