📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel and crew.,Plan and execute voyages according to company policies and procedures.,Maintain and inspect the vessel and its equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to the voyage plan.,Handle all administrative tasks related to the vessel's operation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime laws and regulations.,Provide leadership and support to the crew.,Maintain accurate records of the vessel's performance and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) issued by the Indonesian Maritime Directorate (DMI).,Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.,Experience in operating and maintaining various types of vessels.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Possession of a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
