In this role, you’ll design and deliver customized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and motivational support to clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes.

As a Certified Personal Trainer at X Team Gym in Canggu, you’ll work in a luxurious, state-of-the-art facility equipped with cutting-edge fitness technology, including advanced cardio and strength training equipment, functional training areas, and recovery spaces. Our resort-style environment fosters a holistic approach to wellness, blending fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and implement personalized workout plans tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and preferences
• Conduct one-on-one fitness assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Lead group fitness classes, including HIIT, yoga, Pilates, and strength training sessions
• Provide nutrition guidance and meal planning to support clients’ fitness objectives
• Monitor progress, adjust training programs as needed, and track client achievements
• Collaborate with our team of fitness professionals to ensure a cohesive and high-quality client experience
• Foster a positive and supportive training environment that inspires clients to reach their full potential
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training facility

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or ACSM) or equivalent industry certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer in a gym or resort setting
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience working in a luxury or resort environment is a plus
