📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure that we find the right candidates.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.,Provide feedback to candidates on their application status and next steps in the recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
