📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and records.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making for project managers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are in line with budget and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
