PT Melati Astrid is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Knowledge of English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
