In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies.,Reviewing financial statements and records to identify areas of risk and improvement.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing recommendations to management for improving processes and controls.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the audit process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards is a plus.
