As an IT & Software Project Manager at USER Experience Researchers, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT and software projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT and software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure projects adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with the product management team to ensure projects align with business goals and user needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT and software project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience working in Agile environments.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Experience with software development frameworks and tools such as React, Node.js, or Django.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
