📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the product portfolio, ensuring it meets customer needs and market demands.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and customers to ensure competitive advantage.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on product performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food commodity trading or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the food commodity trading industry, including market trends, regulations, and pricing strategies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
