📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement luxury experience programs that align with the resort’s vision and values.
• Oversee the planning and execution of special events, weddings, and group tours.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique dining experiences that showcase local and international cuisine.
• Manage and train the guest services team to ensure high standards of hospitality.
• Monitor guest feedback and make data-driven improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Work with the marketing team to promote the resort’s luxury offerings and attract high-end clientele.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in luxury hospitality.
• Represent the resort at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay ahead of trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Certification in Luxury Hospitality Management or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using hospitality management software such as Cezanne, PMS, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of local culture, attractions, and events in Bangka Belitung.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
