📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of mechanics to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of our truck fleet.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of trucks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and purchase maintenance parts and materials.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance parts and tools.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the mechanics in the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Foreman or equivalent in the trucking industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of truck mechanics and maintenance practices.
• Certification in truck maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP or similar systems is a plus.
