As the Management Representative (ISO Manager), you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations adhere to ISO standards, conducting regular audits, and providing training to staff on ISO requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and implement ISO standards across all operations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to ISO requirements and identify areas for enhancement.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ISO compliance and operational excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ISO management and hospitality operations.
• Develop and maintain ISO management systems using tools like SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and readily available for audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO management, preferably in the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Certification in ISO standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 22000, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ISO management systems and their application in operational environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP software like SAP.
• Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
