📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
• Process transactions accurately using the store's POS system.
• Promote Watsons products and services to customers, both in-store and online.
• Assist with inventory management by counting stock, reporting discrepancies, and updating inventory records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
• Follow all health and safety protocols and store policies.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your retail skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a health and beauty store.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems.
• Familiarity with health and beauty products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Must be available to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
