As a Personalia Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and other HR-related documents.,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.,Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a company.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
