Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business,Maintain high standards of safety and compliance,Manage and supervise a team of staff,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly,Ensure all operational procedures are followed and updated,Monitor and report on key performance indicators,Participate in training and development programs for staff,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Proven track record of successful operations management,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required),Valid driver's license (preferred)
