📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve business objectives.,Monitor departmental performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve departmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or department.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving departmental goals.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and project management software.,Understanding of remote work dynamics and the ability to manage a remote team effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
