📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Oversee the bank reconciliation process and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
