📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate the operations team, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing operations and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage and maintain inventory levels.
