📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the design process for architectural projects, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Creating detailed architectural drawings and models using industry-standard software.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and providing technical advice on design and construction.
  • Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
