📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Optimize inventory usage and minimize food waste.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of food usage and costs.,Collaborate with the management team to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to enhance the dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid food handler certification is a plus.
