Bit Express Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
