📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, including passive and active candidates.,Source and screen candidates for various roles within the organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to identify and attract top talent.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
