As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure high standards of customer service.,Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian culture and business practices.
