You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our MEP systems, ensuring that our store remains a top destination for shopping and dining.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water treatment systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fire safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records of system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices for MEP systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP systems maintenance and repair.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
