📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons using a variety of educational resources and tools such as Montessori materials, educational toys, and interactive learning software.
• Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, and emotional development of each child.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the holistic development of each child and maintain open lines of communication.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress using a variety of tools and techniques, including observation, documentation, and standardized assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into your teaching methods.
• Participate in team meetings, staff development workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children in your care.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful school culture that values diversity and celebrates each child's uniqueness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children aged 3 to 6 years in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Valid teaching certification or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning theories, and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other staff members.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of young children.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
