📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-person and phone collections from our diverse customer base, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve payment issues and find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Assess and manage our portfolio, using your financial knowledge to identify and address potential risks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections and communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
• Collaborate with the collections team to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with fintech and credit risk management concepts and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working in Bali or Subang area is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
