As our Metallurgy & Gold Superintendent, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of our gold processing facilities. You'll work closely with our team of metallurgists, engineers, and technicians to optimize our extraction processes, improve efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility. You'll also be involved in strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring our operations remain competitive and profitable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our gold processing facilities, ensuring they run efficiently and meet our high-quality standards.
• Work closely with our team of metallurgists, engineers, and technicians to optimize our extraction processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain the safety and environmental standards of our operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the profitability and competitiveness of our operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to our team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Represent Masmindo Dwi Area at industry events and conferences, sharing our expertise and contributing to the development of the mining sector.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in metallurgy and gold extraction technologies, and implement new innovations as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in metallurgical processes and gold extraction operations, with a strong track record of success.
• Proven experience in supervisory or managerial roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with the use of metallurgical software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or SIMULINK.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations, and a commitment to sustainable and responsible mining practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A professional certification in metallurgy or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
